# Fee Breakdown

To ensure a sustainable and efficient ecosystem for Autonomous AI Agents (AAA), Soly AI implements a clear and well-structured fee system. This structure supports platform growth, incentivizes user participation, and funds continuous development. Below is a detailed breakdown of the fees associated with agent creation, upgrades, and usage within the Soly AI ecosystem.

#### 1. Subscription Fees <a href="#id-1.-subscription-fees" id="id-1.-subscription-fees"></a>

Users must maintain an active subscription to access and operate Soly AI’s agent platform.

* Pay with $SOL.
* Monthly Subscription Fee: 1 SOL (for beta early access program).

This fee grants users ongoing access to Soly AI's tools, agent customization, and operational features while supporting platform maintenance and infrastructure costs.

#### 2. Multi-Agent Fee <a href="#id-2.-multi-agent-fee" id="id-2.-multi-agent-fee"></a>

A fee for users who wish to operate multiple agents simultaneously.

Additional Agent Fee: Paid in SOL per extra agent (Price TBA).

#### 3. Trading Fee <a href="#id-3.-trading-fee" id="id-3.-trading-fee"></a>

A small fee is charged for every transaction or trade facilitated by Soly AI agents. This fee ensures users can transact in a fluid and efficient environment while supporting platform growth and incentivizing active agent participation.

#### 4. Revenue Sharing Fees <a href="#id-4.-revenue-sharing-fees" id="id-4.-revenue-sharing-fees"></a>

When agents generate revenue or facilitate transactions within the Soly AI ecosystem, a portion of the revenue is allocated to the community and platform development.

* Soly Development Treasury: Funds platform upgrades, system maintenance, and continuous improvements.
* Agent Owners: Rewards users who own and operate successful, high-performing agents.
* Community Incentives: Supports community-driven initiatives, growth campaigns, and user rewards.

This fee model promotes a shared-revenue approach, ensuring that all participants, from platform users to developers, benefit from Soly AI’s growth and success.
